Build insight under real constraints

Selected teams receive transport and logistics datasets and have 35 non-stop hours to analyse, validate and transform them into innovative operational, service or business solutions.

10 minutes to make it matter

Present your findings to professors and senior industry leaders. The strongest teams combine analytical rigour, business value and memorable communication.

03 · LEARN

Industry access

Seminars, logistics infrastructure visits and data analysis workshops ground every idea in the realities of modern logistics.

Cross disciplines

Teams of two to three are encouraged to bring together data, engineering, design, logistics and commercial thinking.

Both leagues compete over the same event period, with dedicated selection and judging within each league.

Universities across Asia

Open to full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students. Cross-university and multidisciplinary teams are welcome.

Hong Kong S4–S6 students

Logistics Knowledge Enhancement Workshop Series

All interested local Secondary 4 to 6 or Grade 10 to 12 students may join. Datathon registrants receive attendance priority.

A time-limited competition in which teams use data, programming, analytics and business thinking to produce valuable operational, service or business insights.

Professors review open-ended application responses for relevance, originality, creativity, innovation and clarity. Team skill and discipline diversity is also considered.

Creative use of data, methodology, business savvy, significance of findings and recommendations, and presentation skills.

The team that develops the project owns the project and its intellectual property, subject to the terms in the relevant league rules.
